After graduating from Loyola University Chicago/Rome, Tom spent his first decade with a Chicago-based national developer of suburban office and industrial product. He then attended Northwestern’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. After graduation, Tom became a junior partner at a midwestern focused, entrepreneurial development and acquisition firm where he ran its Kansas City office for 15 years. Since then, Tom has run the real estate arm of a family practice (CP Real Estate Capital, LLC/www.cprecapital.com) with most of its development assets in Colorado. CP Consultancy’s primary focus is serving this account in all capacities, including co-investing.
